
The ghee produced by us is made up by using the traditional methods. This procedure involves the making of curd first from the pure milk and then churning it to separate out the butter from it. This butter is then boiled in a pan or kadhai to get the pure ghee. The purity of ghee gets converted into the nutritive product that is used in the delicious dishes by the Indian families. In the Mancha desi ghee, all the required elements are present and this can be used in cooking vegetables, dal, sweets, and in other food ingredients for eating.
